Mt Hardisty just barely making an appearance through some stormy skies over Fifth Lake in the Valley of the Five Lakes in Jasper National Park
I am convinced there is no better place of sunsets than in the Canadian praires! Driving back to Calgary managed to spend a few minutes on the side of the road to capture this sillouette of a lone tree in the middle of the Alberta Prairies with the sun setting in distance.
Amazing to me how the scale of things can change in the open prairies. Driving through rural Saskatchewan and was facinated by the sky and the formation of the clouds. Completely broke the composition rules as I really like the size of the sky in contrast to the abandoned farmhouse below.
